Join in our FREE online adult wellbeing course which is running on Wednesdays from 21st April to 26th May 21, 2-4pm.
Learn about the Five Ways to Wellbeing; gain tips and tricks for managing stress and reducing anxiety; take part in creative activities; meet new people and reduce your isolation.
Sessions delivered via Zoom and tutor phone calls – all materials provided. Priority given to those in receipt of benefits.
