An experienced employment lawyer, Victoria Regan, looks at the impact of the pandemic on mental health and wellbeing, and strategies to support your staff and protect your business.
As guidance on working safely during the pandemic continues to evolve, Employers are adapting to new ways of working.
Whilst some employees may be in the workplace, others maybe working from home or currently remain on furlough leave. All of whom will have been affected differently by Covid-19.
It is important for Employers to be mindful of the physical and psychological impact that Covid-19 has had upon its employees and focus on the health, safety and wellbeing of its employees.
Victoria shall be considering the impact this pandemic has had upon employee mental health and wellbeing and the interaction between Employment Law and mental ill-health as well as the implications for Employers, if issues go unaddressed.
She will also provide steps that can be taken by Employers to support the health, safety and wellbeing of the workforce in these uncertain times.
