As businesses get back up and running, employers are working out what the “new normal” looks like for their business and workforce.
To support businesses with this WayfinderWoman is hosting an online Work and Wellbeing Day on Friday 16 October from 10am to 1.30pm.
The event is free and open to all (men and women).
It will include six well-known speakers giving practical insights into how we can all better cope with the situation facing us whilst protecting our mental health.
Each will talk for 15-20 minutes followed by a Q&A.
The confirmed speakers include:

Victoria Regan (Rix & Kay) explores the steps that can be taken to support the health, safety and wellbeing of the workforce.
Christina Ewbank (CEO, Eastbourne UnlLd) considers ways you can maintain control whilst dealing with uncertainty.
Nicola McCarthy gives personal insights into the world of work for those who experience mental health issues.
Katie Day (RDP International) will explore how employers can support women in midlife.
Steve Collins (Freedom Leisure) will talk through some simple  strategies and exercises to improve your mental and physical health.
Laura Murphy, (MTC2 ltd) will end the day by exploring how you can think with ease.
