The Sussex Guild Contemporary Craft Show at De La Warr Pavilion

Now in its 5th year, this ever-popular show will return to the iconic De La Warr Pavilion, showcasing the best in crafts, professionally created in small workshops and studios in Sussex or the adjacent counties. This is a chance to meet, buy and commission pieces directly from the Guild’s designer makers who will be exhibiting their fine and spectacular crafts in the perfect setting to show creativity & craft skills continue to flourish in the Southeast. Be inspired by the high quality of their beautiful work, from a whole variety of crafts – it could be the ideal place to find that special and unique Christmas present!
The De La Warr Pavilion was built in 1935 in the modern style and the mode of construction, the materials and techniques used were all pioneering in their own right. The Pavilion’s location is right on the seafront overlooking the sea. The bright and stylish Café Bar and Kitchen use fresh, seasonal ingredients, locally sourced where possible, for delicious lunches, sandwiches and cakes. There is a great range of wines, boutique beers, soft drinks, speciality teas and coffees. Food and drink can be enjoyed on the balconies, overlooking the sea.
