Spring Sugarcraft – online course

Free to adults over the age of 19.
This short course will teach you some basic sugarcraft skills that you can use to enhance your cakes at home.
Over the three weeks of the course you will learn how to make a decoration for a biscuit and/or cupcake and practise some basic modelling techniques such as making flowers and other models suitable for larger cakes.
 This is a 3-week course is taking place on the following Wednesdays: 17th, 24th, 31st March from 10:00 – 12:00.
Online via Zoom
To take part in this course, you will need to have some fondant icing, cakes/biscuits to decorate and some basic tools.  A full equipment list can be sent on request.
