This Slow and Easy Fitness Class will help you build a stronger heart, improve balance and keep you flexible. An essential for those wanting to get a fitter and stay active! All levels of experience and mobility are welcome at this social and informal class, with chair-based exercise also offered.
Tuesdays 11am to 12pm at the Broomgrove Centre.  Social distancing measures remain in place to ensure your safety.
£2 per session or FREE to Orbit residents for the first 12 weeks.
