Participants will learn strategies to help manage stress and anxiety. They will also learn how diet and nutrition affects mental health as well as gentle exercise which they will have the opportunity to engage in. Learners will be introduced to mindfulness and meditation as a technique to help manage stress and promote wellbeing. They will appreciate the art of positive thinking and gain tips to reduce negativity including using positive language. Students will identify and practice healthy sleep habits.
