This workshop will focus on fundamental techniques for successful meat cookery including knife skills, selection of cuts, tenderisation, marinades, flavour combinations and cookery techniques. This workshop is suitable for beginners and improvers.
This workshop will use the online ZOOM platform and will be an interactive demonstration.
