Join chef Alex von Riebech for a masterclass in fish cookery. This workshop focuses of local, seasonal and sustainable fish and seafood. Alex will take you through the fundamentals of preparing and cooking a range of fish dishes and you will learn essential knife skills and a range of cookery techniques. Suitable for beginners and improvers.

This workshop will use the online ZOOM platform and will be an interactive demonstration.
