Learn the fundamentals of bread baking with Robin Van Creveld
This workshop will focus on a simple and versatile dough recipe and fundamental bread making techniques. We’ll cover the kneading, fermenting, shaping, proving and baking processes. You will learn to make loaf tins, free standing shaped breads, rolls and flatbreads. This workshop is suitable for beginners and improvers.
This workshop will use the online ZOOM platform and will be a combination of demonstration and bake along activities.
