In this hands on workshop, you will learn to make three classic Italian breads:
schiacciata, a hearth baked, oil enriched, Tuscan flatbread
ciambella rustica, a long fermented crusty ring shaped bread
pan siciliano, a semolina and sesame bread with moorish roots
The workshop includes a delicious Italian inspired seasonal lunch and refreshments.
