Introduction to Sugarcraft – short course

PLACES ARE LIMITED PLEASE BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT
This short course will teach you some basic sugarcraft skills that you can use to enhance your cakes at home.
Over the three weeks of the course you will learn how to make a decoration for a biscuit and/or cupcake and practise some basic modelling techniques such as making flowers and other models suitable for larger cakes.
Small group to allow for social distancing in the classroom.
 This is a 3-week course is taking place on the following Wednesdays: 28th April, 5th & 12th May, 10:00 – 12:00
