Introduction to Sugarcraft – short course

This short course will teach you some basic sugarcraft skills that you can use to enhance your cakes at home.
Over the three weeks of the course you will learn how to make a decoration for a biscuit and/or cupcake and practise some basic modelling techniques such as making flowers and decorations for your Christmas cakes.
 This is a 3-week course is taking place on the following Wednesdays: 3rd, 10th & 17th November 10:00 – 12:00 at East Sussex College, Cross Levels Way, Eastbourne, BN21 2UF
