For Mental Health Awareness Week this May, East Sussex Libraries are thrilled to be hosting our first ever Wellbeing Weekend, 14th-15th May.
We’re running online events all weekend from creative writing to rambling to yoga to help you support your wellbeing. There will also be lots of advice, activities and wellbeing tips on our webpage for the whole of May.
Introduction to Mindfulness session.  An introductory session to Mindfulness where, in a safe space, participants can learn a bit about what mindfulness is and be supported to explore how it might be useful to them. Participants also get to experience a guided session called a body scan followed by an opportunity to share afterwards if they choose, and/or ask questions.
