This group is for people with disabilities and carers.
In our small and supportive meditation group we learn mindfulness together, we do gentle mindful movement and go on adventures to beautiful places with a visualisation journey to music at the end.
Everybody can join in in their own unique way, according to who they are and the way that their bodies are able to move. The group aims to provide people with the tools to cope better with the challenges of life and to feel good about who we are, more balanced and peaceful.
Hannah is a qualified instructor of Meditation, mindfulness and stress reduction techniques and has been working with differently able people for over twenty years.
