Lewes History Group will be exhibiting some the latest results from its Street Stories Project work. This 2-day exhibition (11-12 Sept) in Lewes House features research done by LHG members into the histories of:
– Mill Road
– South Street
– East Street and Albion Street
– The Wallands Estate
– The Pells

LHG members will be on hand to answer questions, both about the exhibition and the History Group in general.
Copies of LHG’s recent book ‘The Pells of Lewes – Pool, park, people & places’ will be on sale, as well as Sue Berry’s new work, ‘Country Houses of the South Downs’.
