In this hands on baking workshop you will learn to make three extraordinary breads from across France. The workshop covers yeasted and naturally leavened breads. It’s hands on and comprehensive.
You will learn to bake:

Baguettes au levain, the most iconic of French breads made with sourdough levain
Pain Normand, a cider flavored bread named for the Normandy region
Manala, a brioche style saints bun from Alsace

This workshop is suitable for beginners and enthusiasts and includes tuition, lunch, refreshments and lots of bread to take home.
