An easy and FREE way to get your weekend heading in the right direction. Now Active’s Community Fitness Program is a FREE service offering group fitness classes held on Hove Lawns at 11:00 am on Saturdays.
Classes contain:

A warm-up
Bodyweight muscular strength and endurance movements
Cardiovascular training
Core stability
Flexibility and mobility training

Classes are limited to 15 participants per class so that proper attention can be given to everyone. The classes will help you to get stronger, fitter, more flexible and burn fat.  Bring your exercise mat so you don’t get dirty.
Workouts are varied and comprehensive and utilise different modalities to keep things interesting. Modification for challenging exercises are provided throughout, so you’ll be able to join in even if you’re a complete beginner.
If the weather’s bad, the classes get moved online, you’ll need a phone or a computer and a google account to take part in the remote class. The online classes take part on Google Meets. You don’t have to turn your camera or mic on if you don’t want to.
