Being creative can make us healthier, happier, and more productive, so how can we find time for creativity in our busy lives?
Open to furloughed and unemployed people living in East Sussex but NOT Brighton and Hove.
About the workshop:
Finding time for creativity can often drop to the bottom of our priority list. Practical, income related tasks can push creativity to one side. But being creative can make us healthier, happier, and more productive, so how can we find time for creativity in our busy lives?
In this workshop, you will examine your current commitments and find ways to increase time for creativity.
Through a series of writing exercises, reflection, group discussion, movement, and collaboration, you’ll explore what is important to you, how to prioritise and gain a fresh new perspective.
You will leave the workshop with an action plan and increased motivation to make time for creativity.
