Family First Aid – virtual course

(For East Sussex parents/carers of children and young people aged between 0-19 years)

1-hour sessions covering vital emergency skills focused mostly on First Aid for babies & young children

Mondays, 26 April-24 May (excluding BH Monday 3 May); two session times to choose from: 1-2pm or 8-9pm – 4 weeks

Sessions cover vital emergency skills:-

Choking/ Recovery Position /Adult CPR/ Child CPR/ Baby CPR using an AED /Head Injuries/ Bleeding/ Shock/Seizures/ Sepsis/ Q&A/ Additional Topics.

Join us to learn these life-saving skills in a fun, interactive way from the comfort of your own home.
