Family First Aid Interactive Zoom sessions

(For parents/carers of children and young people aged between 0-19 years and who live in East Sussex).
FREE 4 week Virtual Family First Aid course – Mondays 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th June.
Two session times to choose from 1 – 2pm or 8 – 9pm.
7 June – covers choking & recovery position
14 June – covers Adult, child, baby CPR, using an AED
21 June – covers head injuries, bleeding, shock, seizures, sepsis
28 June – covers questions & answers and any additional topics
