Participants will identify their self-esteem and confidence and examine the factors that influence these. They will learn how to write and structure a covering letter and what makes a good CV. They will acquire tips for preparing to find work. Learners will discuss social media forums as well as other job sites for finding work. They will also practice interview questions and answers in a safe environment. Finally students will learn the art of positive thinking which is imperative for first impressions and interview.
