Participants will learn what low mood, stress and anxiety are, they will learn about the causes as well as the impact of these on the body. They will have opportunities to practice a range of strategies to help manage low mood, stress and anxiety in a safe and comfortable environment.
2 sessions – 5th and 12th February – come to both.
