Creative Writing – virtual

This course is suitable for anyone writing short stories, novels or life writing. It will cover key elements such as developing characters, descriptive language, structure, editing and other hints and tips to help make your story compelling for the reader.
 How will it work?
To take part in the course you will need to have access to Zoom.  Each week we will send the Zoom meeting details (code and password) and a handout relevant to each session.
The Zoom sessions will involve discussion based on the weekly topic, short writing exercises and the opportunity to share your work (only if you feel happy to).   Our experienced tutor will be on hand to give hints, tips and feedback as you progress.
Zoom sessions will take place on the following Wednesdays: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th May 2021, 10.30am – 12.00pm
