Creative Writing – Free 4 Week Online Course

This course is suitable for anyone writing short stories, novels or life writing. It will cover key elements such as developing characters, descriptive language, structure, editing and other hints and tips to help make your story compelling for the reader.
How will it work?
To take part in the course you will need to have access to Zoom.  Each week we will send the Zoom meeting details (code and password) and a handout relevant to each session.
The Zoom sessions will involve discussion based on the weekly topic with the opportunity to ask questions and share your work (if you feel happy to).   At the end of the course you can submit your piece of writing to the tutor for feedback if you wish to.
This course is free to adults aged 19+.
Zoom sessions will take place on the following Wednesdays:
30th September, 7th, 14th & 21st October 2020, 10.30am – 12.00pm
