Cooking for Carers – Baking for Wellbeing

Learn to bake bread, pastries, pies, cookies and cake on this 5 week, hands on bakery course.

Take some time for yourself and learn to bake in a fun, social and supportive environment.
This course will give you comprehensive baking skills and has well-being focus.
The course is free for unpaid carers from across East Sussex, class sizes are small and our venue is C-19 secure.
Lessons include lunch and lots of delicious baked items to take home.
This course is specifically for unpaid Carers from East Sussex.
