Join Robin Van Creveld for a masterclass on preparing and cooking with summer vegetables. Robin will take you through the fundamentals of preparing and cooking a range of delicious seasonal vegetable dishes with fresh and global flavours.
You will learn essential knife skills and a range of cookery and preparation techniques. Suitable for beginners and improvers.
This workshop will use the online ZOOM platform and will be an interactive demonstration.
