Mindfulness for Health classes support people wishing to learn ways to deal with suffering, pain or anxiety/depression, and develop mindfulness skills and some meditation for this, and to enhance life
and come into a more positive experience and reduce stress. Groups are kept small.
8 weekly classes commencing 10/10/19 at 3.30-5.30pm
